Boavista relegated for corruption

Portuguese first division side Boavista are relegated to the second tier after an investigation into a corruption scandal in the 2003/4 season. Champions Porto are also docked six points, but with a 20-point lead beforehand still retain their title. Both sides are also handed hefty fines.
